Every TC-2100PSI undergoes a multi-stage test program before leaving Hangzhou. Raw tubing is checked for OD/ID dimensional tolerance and straightness on receipt. After honing, each barrel is measured for bore finish (target 0.4-0.8 μm Ra) and cylindricity. Chrome-plated rods are measured for plating thickness with an eddy current gauge and inspected for surface pits under 10x magnification. The final assembled inverted telescopic hydraulic cylinder is pneumatically leak-tested at working pressure, and a sampling ratio is hydraulically proof-tested to 1.5x rated pressure.
