42CrMo Forging Architecture

We utilize 42CrMo (AISI 4140) alloy steel, heat-treated to a Quenched and Tempered (Q+T) state. Unlike standard Q345B steel often found in lower-tier cylinders, 42CrMo offers a tensile strength exceeding 1080 MPa. By forging the barrel as a single piece, we eliminate the longitudinal weld seam—the weakest link in any pressure vessel. The Nickel-Chrome Barrier

Ultra-Thick Wall Design
